We are looking for a new WG member for our cozy 4er-WG at Harburger Hafen – Entrance is now possible, officially on the 1.6.
The room is about 16 m2 and has 2 floor depth windows so that much light comes into the room. It lies to the courtyard and is therefore pleasantly quiet. The entire apartment is modernly equipped with underfloor heating (including thermostat) and a 1 Gbit internet connection (WLAN and LAN)
The total rent for the room is 525 Euro - all inclusive: additional costs, internet and electricity :)
In our apartment there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with water views. Spühlmaschine and washing machine are also available. In addition, the apartment has 2 identical bathrooms and a small storage room.
The house also offers a private cellar, a bicycle cellar, an elevator and a large roof terrace directly on our floor.
The current resident wants to pass his bed (IKEA Malm) for 200 € (treatment base, optional), a mattress can also be taken over. Otherwise the room will be rented unfurnished.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen WG-Mitglied für unsere gemütliche 4er-WG am Harburger Hafen – Einzug ist ab sofort möglich, offiziell zum 1.6. :)
Das Zimmer ist ca 16 m² groß und hat 2 bodentiefe Fenster sodas viel Licht ins Zimmer kommt. Es liegt zum Innenhof und ist dadurch angenehm ruhig. Die gesamte Wohnung ist modern mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet (inklusive Thermostat) und einer 1 Gbit Internet Verbindung (WLAN und LAN)
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 525 Euro - alles inklusive: Nebenkosten, Internet und Strom :)
In unserer Wohnung gibt es eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Blick aufs Wasser. Spühlmaschine und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zudem hat die Wohnung 2 identische Badezimmer und einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Das Haus bietet zusätzlich einen privaten Kellerraum, einen Fahrradkeller, einen Aufzug und eine große Dachterrasse direkt auf unserer Etage.
Der aktuelle Bewohner möchte sein Bett (IKEA Malm) für 200 € (Verhandlungsbasis, optional) weitergeben, eine Matratze kann ebenfalls übernommen werden. Ansonsten wird das Zimmer unmöbiliert vermietet.

Location:
The apartment is located at Harburger Binnen-/Museumhafen, which is separated by rails from the old town. This makes the residential area very quiet. The TUHH can be reached on foot and bus in about 15 minutes.
Public transport:
The S-Bahn stop Harburg-Rathaus is about 10 minutes walk away. Directly in front of the front door is a bus stop, from which a bus departs every 10 minutes to Harburger Bahnhof (by construction work at the train station the bus goes to Harburger Rathaus). From Harburg city hall you can reach the Hamburg HBF within 17 minutes.
Shopping facilities:
A 2 minute walk away is an EDEKA supermarket. There are also several bakeries, restaurants and a pharmacy.
Possibilities:
Lammertwiete, Harburg's small alley with restaurants and pubs is also within a 10-minute walk.
Parking:
In addition to the building, there is a garage which offers pitches for about ~80€/month. Furthermore, parking on the road is free outside working days. Free public parking is a 5-minute walk away.
Wohngegend:
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Harburger Binnen-/ Museumshafen, welcher durch Schienen von der Altstadt getrennt ist. Dadurch ist die Wohngegend sehr ruhig. Die TUHH ist zu Fuß und Bus in ca. 15 min zu erreichen.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Harburg-Rathaus ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus alle 10 Minuten ein Bus zum Harburger Bahnhof fährt (durch Bauarbeiten am Bahnhof fährt der Bus zum Harburger Rathaus). Vom Harburger Rathaus kannst du innerhalb von 17 Minuten den Hamburger HBF erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
2 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein EDEKA Supermarkt. Im Umkreis gibt es zudem mehrere Bäckereien, Restaurants und eine Apotheke.
Ausgehmöglichkeiten:
Die Lämmertwiete, Harburgs kleine Gasse mit Restaurants und Kneipen, ist ebenfalls in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Parken:
Neben dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Parkhaus welches Stellplätze für ca. ~80€/Monat anbietet. Des Weiteren ist das Parken auf der Straße außerhalb von Arbeitstagen frei. Dauerhaft kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Tom is 28 years old and works as a psychologist, Sven is also 28, works in a consultancy and Nikolai is 33 and works as a scientific assistant.
