Das Zimmer ist hell, freundlich und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Verfügbar ist es ab 1.12. Ideal, falls Du einen Monat überbrücken musst, Hamburg erkunden oder Dich mal im Minimalismus üben möchtest ;) Du kannst, falls Du nur für ein oder zwei Wochen ein Zimmer brauchst, die Miete Anteilig zahlen.
Ein Bett im Zimmer und ein wenig Geschirr in der Küche sind vorhanden.
Ich habe ein neues Zuhause gefunden und werde die Wohnung nun noch einen Monat aufgrund gesetzlicher Kündigungsfrist untervermieten. Die gesamte Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und ca. 65m², das angebotene Zimmer hat ca. 13m² und wird zum 1.12. 12:00Uhr frei. Zwei Zimmer werden für den Dezember kurzzeitig neu vermietet, da meine Mitbewohner bereits ein neues Zuhause haben. Die Wohnung ist dementsprechend recht leer, bietet dadurch aber auch wenig Ablenkung ;).
Die Wohnung/die Zimmer können bis zum 27.12. bewohnt werden, danach muss ich sie für die Wohnungsübergabe ggf. handwerklich vorbereiten und betreten (Bohrlöcher schließen und übermalen, Gebrauchsspuren ausbessern, insgesamt Kleinigkeiten von 2-3h Aufwand...). Sollte Dich das nicht stören, spricht nichts dagegen, auch bis zum 31.12. zu bleiben.
Die Miete von 330€ für das Zimmer ist pauschal und umfasst bereits alle anfallenden Verbrauchskosten.

The room is bright, friendly and located on the ground floor. It is available from 1.12. Ideal, if you have to bridge a month, explore Hamburg or you want to practice in minimalism;) You can, if you only need a room for one or two weeks, pay the rent pro rata.
A bed in the room and a little dishes in the kitchen are available.
I have found a new home and will sublet the apartment for another month due to legal notice. The entire apartment has 3 rooms and about 65m ², the offered room has about 13m ² and is at 1.12. 12 o'clock free. Two rooms will be re-rented for a short time, since my roommates already have a new home. The apartment is accordingly quite empty, but this also offers little distraction;).
The apartment / rooms can be rent until 27.12. If necessary, I have to prepare and enter them for handing over the apartment if necessary (close and paint over drilled holes, repair traces of use, in total minor problems of 2-3 hours effort ...). If that does not bother you - easy, then its possible to stay until 31.12. .
The rent of 330 € for the room is a flat rate and already includes all incidental consumption.
Die TUHH ist bummelige 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Parks mit hervorragenden Laufstrecken und Liegewiesen sind ebenfalls nicht weit.
Zur S-Bahn sinds ca. 10min zu Fuß. Die S-Bahn fährt übrigens direkt bis zur Reeperbahn und am Wochenende die komplette Nacht.
Einkaufen war hier noch nie ein Problem. Und ansonsten kommt man mit dem Fahrrad wirklich überall hin.
Es wäre schön, eine kurze Beschreibung inkl. Alter und Bezugsgrund von Dir zu erhalten sowie das gewünschte Einzugsdatum.
