Es handelt sich hierbei um einen komplett sanierten/renovierten Altbau in Harburg-Heimfeld. Die Zimmer sind frei wählbar denn das Haus wurde im Februar fertiggestellt.
Die Zimmer sind komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit Tischen, Stühlen, Beistelltischen, Kleiderschränken und einem Bett. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten, so dass auch ein Pärchen sich in einem Doppelbett wohlfühlen würde.
Des Weiteren wurde für die WG-Bewohner eine komplett neue Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und Backofen sowie einem Kühlschran k mit Gefrierfach installiert.
Hinzu kommt, dass jeder WG-Bewohner die Möglichkeit hat, die Wohnungseigene Waschmaschine die sich in einem Separee im Küchenraum befindet, kostenlos zu nutzen.
In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 Toiletten Räume, sowie ein Duschbad. Der Flur ist sehr groß und bietet viel Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten.

electricity, heating, warm-water, washing machine + High-Speed is all in in the rent!!!
This is a completely renovated / refurbished building in Harburg very close to the TUHH. The rooms are arbitrary chooseable because the renovation was just completed in the month of february!
The rooms are fully furnished and equipped with tables, chairs, side tables, wardrobes and a bed. The rooms are very spacious, so even a couple would feel comfortable in a double bed.
Furthermore, it was installed a completely new fitted kitchen with dishwasher and oven and refrigerator wth freezer for WG residents.
In addition, each WG-resident has the opportunity to use the apartment own washing machine locatd in a private room in the kitchen for free.
In the apartments are 2 toilet rooms and a shower room. The corridor is very large and offers plenty of design options.

A LOOK WORTH IT IN ANY CASE!
Das Haus, ist mit Abstand das schönste Haus in der ganzen Grumbrechtstrasse und Nobleestrasse.
Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend, denn zur S-Bahn Heimfeld legt man nur einen 2-3 minutigen Fußweg zurück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man ebenfalls an der S-Bahn Heimfeld wie z.B. einen Penny Markt, Restaurants, Kneipen sowie Bars.
Wer gerne shoppen geht oder sich einen Kaffee einfach nur gönnen möchte, der ist mit der Bahn sofort am Harburg-Rathaus oder im Phönix-Einkaufszentrum.
Von der S-Bahn Heimfeld, ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuss auf dem Campus der TU-Harburg.
Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto ist ebenfalls perfekt, aufgrund der Stader Strasse die direkt ins Phönix Center führt.

the house is by far the most beautiful house in the whole Grumbrechtstrasse and Nobleestrasse.
The connection to public transport is excellent, as the S-Bahn station Heimfeld is a 2-3 minutes walk away. Shops are close by around the S-Bahn Heimfeld such as a penny market, restaurants, pubs and bars.
He who wants to go shopping or just would likes to drink a coffee uses the train which brings you immediately to the Phoenix mall or Harburg-City center.
From the house , it's just a 4 minutes walk to the campus of the TUHH --> University of Harburg!
Das Wg Leben wird für alle Beteiligten sehr entspannt und Komfort technisch auf einem sehr hohen Niveau sein.
Solange alle Beteiligten sich an Reinigungsspläne halten, werden alle viel Freude an der neuen Küche und an den zum Teil 90 m² großen Wohnungen haben.
Alle Gegenstände in allen Zimmern dieser Wohnung, sind neu und ungebraucht!
Gerade in einer Studentengemeinschaft kann man hier seine schöne Zeit verbringen.

Alle Wohnungen haben einen Kellerraum der absolut trocken und sauber ist. Hier haben die Bewohner die Möglichkeit sich den Raum intern abzugrenzen.
Des Weiteren werden vor dem Haus Fahrradständer platziert.
In der monatlichen Miete sind alle möglichen Kosten wie Stromverbrauch, Heizung, Warmwasser, Kaltwasser, Internet High Speed,Telefon (nur innerdeutsche Vebindungen) inklusive. Das bedeutet, dass der Vermieter kein Recht hat auf Nachzahlungen, der Mieter allerdings auch kein Recht auf Rückzahlungen.
Wer nur eine kurze Zeit (3 Monate) ein Zimmer brauch, kann sich trotzdem gerne melden!
