I am sub renting my room for six months. The apartment is fully furnished with a common kitchen and bathroom. Located at the center of the city (Harburg) near to the Technical university of hamburg (TUHH) and perfect for students, however non-students are also welcomed. Public transport are just 1 min walking. The area is central area with supermarkets and all different kind of shops nearby.
The room is 1 min from the bus and train station. The nearest supermarket is just 5 min walking. Generally, the room is in the middle of everything. You can reach the room using s31 and s3 line (harburg rathaus station). The room is 20 mins from the hauptbahnhof (5 stations)
The room is in a 2 room apartment. Twice per week the common rooms are cleaned according to agreement with the flatmate. Smoking is ok. The fridge is common between the 2 flat mates. The flatmate is friendly, easygoing and always happy to help. There is plates and cooking pans, but off course the new tenant can bring his/her stuff
I am reachable by phone. I also check my E-mail regularly. The room is available for visit, we need to agree on a certain date.
