Das komplett möblierte Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß und verfügt über ein großes Bett (120 cm breit), zwei Schreibtische, einen Bürostuhl, einen großen Schrank, eine Schublade, zwei kleine Tische und einen Spiegel. Das Zimmer bietet Blick auf die Hauptstraße, ist aber gut isoliert und hält im Winter die Wärme. Die Möbel sind in gutem Zustand.
The fully furnished room is 14 m2 and has a big bed (120 cm wide), two study tables, office chair, a big closet, drawer, two small tables and a mirror. The room has a view from the main street but it is well isolated and retains the warm during winter. The furnitures are in good condition.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, gegenüber einer Bushaltestelle, mit einem Rewe-Supermarkt direkt daneben. Die Entfernung zur TU Hamburg beträgt 3 Busstationen oder 10 Gehminuten. Das Harburger Rathaus liegt nur 4 Bushaltestellen entfernt.
The apartment is located in a very good location, in front of a bus station, with a Rewe supermarket right next to it. The distance from TU Hamburg is 3 bus stations or 10 minutes by walk. Harburg Rathaus is just 4 Bus stations away.
Alle Menschen, die hier leben, sind Studenten. Sie sind in der Regel international und sprechen Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. Derzeit leben zwei Männer in der Wohnung, und ein weiteres Zimmer ist leer.
All the people who live are students. They are usually international and speak English and a bit of German. Currently there are two guys living in the apartment, and one other room is empty.
Für die Bewerbung benötigen Sie einen gültigen Studierendenausweis. Der Preis von 480 Euro ist Warm und beinhaltet Heizung, Wasser, Strom. Nur Internet muss extra bezahlt werden.
Bitte senden Sie mir eine Nachricht, in der Sie beschreiben, wer Sie sind, woher Sie kommen und wo Sie studieren. Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte Oktober verfügbar. Ich melde mich dann bei Ihnen und lade Sie zu einer Besichtigung ein.
In order to apply you need to have a valid Student ID. The price of 480 Euros is Warm and includes heating, water, electricity. Only internet has to be paid extra.
