Dein Zimmer (ca. 12 qm) liegt in der unteren Etage einer großen Maisonette Wohnung. Durch das bodentiefe Fenster ist es schön hell. Das Zimmer liegt nicht zur Straßenseite.
Unsere Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen und bietet neben den vier Schlafzimmern eine Küche mit Esstisch, ein Wohnzimmer, ein großes Bad mit WC und Dusche/Badewanne, ein kleines Bad mit WC, einen sonnigen Balkon und die riesige Dachterrasse. Dazu noch eine Abstellkammer und ein großes Kellerabteil.

Your room (approx. 12 square meters) is on the upper floor of a large maisonette apartment. The floor-to-ceiling window makes it nice and bright. The room faces the street, but this is a small side street with very little traffic.
Our apartment is on two floors and offers four bedrooms, a kitchen with dining table, a living room, a large bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub, a small bathroom with toilet, a sunny balcony and the huge roof terrace. In addition, a storage room and a large basement compartment.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Harburg super zentral und bestens angebunden, zwischen dem Marktplatz Sand und der Lämmertwiete (Harburgs schönste Straße mit vielen Bars und Restaurants).
Zu Fuß bist du nur in fünf Minuten bei der S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus und von dort erreichst du in 17 Minuten den Hamburger Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's neben dem Wochenmarkt (Mo-Sa) viele in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die TUHH ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar.

The apartment is in the district of Harburg, very central and well connected, between the Sand market square and the Lämmertwiete (Harburg's most beautiful street with many bars and restaurants).
You can walk to the S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus in five minutes and from there you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 17 minutes.
There are many shopping opportunities in addition to the market (Mon-Sat) within walking distance. The TUHH can be reached by bike in a few minutes.
Wir suchen eine herzliche, aufgeschlossene und natürlich sympathische Person für ein lebendiges und freundschaftliches Miteinander in der WG.
Die WG besteht gerade aus 4 Personen (Julika, Tinka, Youssef und Cédric) wovon 2 im Februar ausziehen (Yousef und Cédric).
Tinka und Julika sind Anfang 20, beide lieben WG-Aktivitäten zu veranstalten und werkelt liebend gern in der Küche - mit ziemlich leckeren Ergebnissen. Sie sind beide liebevolle Menschen, aufgeschlossen und sonnige Wesen und immer eine gute Gesellschaft zum Quatschen. Und für Gesellschaftsspiele!
Wir haben einen Putzplan, sodass reihum wöchentlich alle Gemeinschaftsräume mal wieder sauber gemacht werden. Bisher teilen wir uns alle Lebensmittel usw.

We are looking for a warm, open-minded and naturally sympathetic person for a lively and friendly coexistence in the WG.
The WG currently consists of 4 people (Julika, Tinka, Youssef and Cédric) of which 2 will move out in February (Yousef and Cédric).
Tinka and Julika are in their early 20s, both love to organize WG activities and love to work in the kitchen - with delicious results. They are both lovely people, outgoing and sunny natures and always good company to chat up with And for board games!
We have a cleaning schedule, so every week in turn all the common areas get cleaned up. So far we share all the food, etc.,

Die Angabe bei der Kaltmiete beinhaltet auch den Abschlag für alle Nebenkosten und deinen Anteil für GEZ/Internet usw.
Hast du ein Auto? Evtl. kannst du einen Garagenplatz dazu mieten.
