Möbiliertes Zimmer in einer 3er WG in der Nähe von TUHH

Moin. Ich suche zum 16.04. einen Nachmieter für unsere 3er WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von TUHH (15 Minuten zu Fuß) und daher ist für Studenten sehr gut geeignet. Die Bushaltestelle Mamstorfer Weg (Nord) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und mit dem Bus erreichen Sie die Bahnhof Harburg in weniger als 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt gegenüber von der Bushaltestelle (Penny) und eine Edeka ist 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das Zimmer ist mobiliert und da ich die Möbel nicht mit mir mitnehme, ist eine Übernahme erwünscht. Diese kosten dann 200€ und beinhalten einen Tisch, 2 Stühle, ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Nachtstand, ein Schuhregal, eine Tischlampe, 3 Wandregale und eine Hängeregal. Eine Einbauküche kommt auch mit der Wohnung. Eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, Herd, ein Ofen, ein Kühlschrank, Schränke, ein Tisch und Stühle stehen in der Küche für die Bewohnern zur Verfügung. Ein Balkon und ein Keller sind vorhanden. In der Wohnung wohnen noch ein Mann, der arbeitet und eine Frau, die an der TU studiert. Sie sind beide zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt.
Die Gesamtmiete ist 435€ pro Monat, inclusive Strom, Internet, Wasser und Heizung. Für April wird eine halbe Miete (217,50€) verlangt und die Kaution ist eine Monat Kaltmiete (317€). Dazu kommt noch 200€ für die Möbel. Wer Interesse für das WG Zimmer hat, kann gerne bei mir melden. Eine Besichtigung ist nach Vereinbarung möglich. Eine Anmeldung ist auch möglich.


Hello. I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting from 16.04. The apartment is shared by 2 other people and is ideal for students who study at the TUHH. The university is around 15 minutes away on foot and with the bus from the stop located about 3 minutes from the apartment, you can reach the Harburg station within 10 minutes. For daily shopping, there is a penny near the bus stop and an edeka further down the street. The room is furnished and since I am not gonna take the furniture with me, I will charge 200€ for the furniture. These include a cupboard, 3 shelves, a table, 2 chairs, a bed with mattress and storage underneath, a table lamp, a shoe rack, a hanging rack and a nightstand. The kitchen comes furnished with the apartment. You will have access to basic cooking equipment (dishwasher, oven, cooking stoves, fridge and washing machine) and storage possibilities. In the kitchen there is a table and chairs for dining purposes. A balcony and a cellar are available. Living in the apartment are a guy who is working and a girl who is studying at the TU. They are both between the ages of 20 and 30.

For the costs, the monthly rent is 435€ which includes everything (water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi). The deposit is one month cold rent (317€) and for April it will be half of the total rent (217,50€). And as I mentioned earlier I will sell my furnitures for 200€.
