In einer großzügigen 80qm 2-Zimmerwohnung ist ein ca. 20qm großes Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Südloggia, ein Vollbad, ein getrenntes WC, eine Küche mit GS und WM, sowie einem Kellerraum und ist auch über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Lage kann man auch als Bestlage an der Alster bezeichnen, die in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Teil der Oberstrasse zwischen Rothenbaumchaussee und Mittelweg und ist gen Süden ausgerichtet. Der Eppendorfer Baum, mit allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs und darüber hinaus, die U-Bahnhaltestellen Hallerstraße und Klosterstern, sowie die Buslinie 109 sind ebenfalls quasi um die Ecke. In die Hamburger Innenstadt sind es nur wenigen Haltestellen mit dem Bus oder der U-Bahn.
Den/die zweiten Mitbewohner/in suchen wir gemeinsam aus. Ich selbst wohnen nicht dort.
