Zwischenmiete im gemütlichen Heimfeld / Intermediate rent

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, liegt 3 min vom Heimfelder S-Bahnhof entfernt und in 22 min bist du am Hbf. Es gibt super nah einen Penny ein bisschen weiter weg Edeka und Rewe, außerdem um die Ecke zwei Kioske einer davon mit Postshop ;)

The flat is very well connected, 3 min from Heimfeld S-Bahn station and 22 min from the main train station. There is a Penny super close by, Edeka and Rewe a little further away, and two kiosks around the corner, one of them with a post office shop ;)

Unser WG-leben ist tendenziell ruhig und sehr entspannt. Da Jascha Zuhause arbeitet und ich tagsüber viel unterwegs bin, treffen wir uns meistens abends in der Küche, erzählen vom Tag und essen zusammen. Ab und zu unternehmen wir was und checken z.B. veganes Essen aus. Gemeinsame Putzactions und Lasagne-Gelage dürfen auch nicht fehlen, doch am wichtigsten ist immer ein offenes Ohr für wichtige Themen und Anliegen. Wir teilen eine Vorliebe für Sarkasmus und schlechte Witze und machen ganz gerne mal Quatsch zusammen - entsprechend herausfordernd hat sich die Erarbeitung dieser ernsthaften Beschreibung gestaltet :D. Wir sind beide aktivistisch unterwegs und nehmen uns gegenseitig zu politischen Veranstaltungen mit. Uns ist wichtig, dass der Vibe im Zusammenleben stimmt, dabei ist es natürlich kein muss, aber der Erfahrung nach doch wahrscheinlicher, wenn du dich ebenfalls mit linken Werten identifizierst.
Da du mit Jascha zusammenleben wirst, hier noch ein paar Facts: Jascha mag Pflanzen - sein Zimmer ist quasi ein Dschungel, macht regelmäßig Sport (aktuell vor allem Fahrradfahren und Fitness-Kram), läd gerne zu gemeinsamen Spaziergängen ein, ist ein super Zuhörer und einfach ein sehr toller Mitbewohni!!1!elf!

Our shared apartment life tends to be quiet and very relaxed. Since Jascha works at home and I'm on the road a lot during the day, we usually meet in the kitchen in the evening, talk about the day and eat together. Every now and then we do something and check out vegan food, for example. Joint Putzactions and lasagna binges may also not be missing, but most important is always an open ear for important topics and concerns. We share a penchant for sarcasm and bad jokes, and like to make fun of each other - so it was a challenge to come up with this serious description :D. We are both activists and take each other to political events. It's important to us that the vibe in living together is right, of course it's not a must, but according to our experience it's more likely if you also identify with leftist values.
Since you will be living with Jascha, here are a few facts: Jascha likes plants - his room is more or less a jungle, does sports regularly (currently mainly cycling and fitness stuff), likes to invite people for walks together, is a great listener and just a very great roommate!!1!elf!
