Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster, die für Helligkeit sorgen. Da es sich um ein saniertes Altbau handelt, hat es auch sehr hohe Decken. Der Boden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und die Wände sind weiß gestrichen.
Das Büroraum/Gemeinschaftsraum ist ca. 13 m² groß und hat auch zwei große Fenster. Das Zimmer ist gerade möbliert, kann aber komplett neugestalten werden.
Your room is around 20 m² and has two big windows, which bring in a lot of light. Since this is an old building, it also has very high ceilings. The floor is covered in laminate and the walls are painted white.
The office room/common space is around 13 m² and also has two big windows. The room is currently furnished, however this will soon change and the room can be newly organized and furnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage. Die Technische Universität Hamburg ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der S-Bahn Station Heimfeld sowie eine Busverbindung sind ebenfalls nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch verschiedene Geschäfte, Restaurants, einen DHL-Shop, eine HASPA usw. in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straße mit einer Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von nur 30 km/h, also auch relativ ruhig.
The flat is situated at a perfect location. The Technical University of Hamburg is only 5 minutes away by foot. The S-Bahn Station Heimfeld as well as a bus connection are also just 2 minutes away by foot. There are also various shops, restaurants, a DHL shop a HASPA, etc near by. The flat is located on a street with a speed limit of only 30 km/h, so it also relatively quite.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner wäre ich (Lachezar). Ich bin Ingenieur und arbeite in der Windindustrie. Ich bin in den USA aufgewachsen, lebe aber seit einem Jahrzehnt in Deutschland. Ich bin auch großer Filmfan und gehe gerne Salsa tanzen :)
Das Leben in der Wohnung ist relativ entspannt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist jedoch extrem wichtig und es gibt einen Reinigungsplan, an dem sich alle beteiligen müssen. Ab und zu Leute rüber zu haben ist willkommen, ich möchte aber keine Partywohnung. Wir hängen oft in der Küche zusammen, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre der Menschen.
Your future flatmate would be me (Lachezar). I am an engineer and work in the wind industry. I grew up in the U.S but have been living in Germany for the past decade. I am also big movie fan and like going salsa dancing :)
Life in the flat is relatively easy going. Cleanliness of the flat is however extremely important and there is a cleaning plan where everyone has to participate. Having people from time to time is welcome, but I don't want a party flat. We often hang out in the kitchen, but we also respect people's privacy and need for quite time by themselves.
