Das Zimmer ist etwa 14qm groß, zu Süden hin ausgerichtet, sodass viel Sonne reinkommt :)
Der Boden ist Holzdielenboden, es gibt schöne alte weiße Türen und hohe Decken. Ein großes Fenster lässt viel Licht rein.
Und die Heizung tut auch ihre Dienste. Das Zimmer wird leer vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Toilette getrennt, Küche, einen langen Flur und einen Balkon, auch nach Süden!
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und ein Dachbodenabteil.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Hoheluft, zur Bushaltestelle Gärtnerstraße sind es ein paar Minuten, zur UBahn so 10min. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem überall schnell :)
Wir suchen erstmal auf drei Monate befristet mit Option auf Verlängerung, aber das ist kein Muss.
