Das Zimmer wurde komplett frisch saniert, die Möbel, wie auch die Textilien sind alle komplett neu.
Zu den Möbeln zählen ein Schrank mit Spiegel, ein Bett mit Schubladen, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und Lampe, 2 Nachttische und einer Kommode.
Das Zimmer hat außerdem einen Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Stadt.
In der 4 Zimmer Wohnung gibt es 2 Vollbäder ( eins mit Dusche, das andere mit einer Badewanne) + eine Gästetoilette.
Auch die Fenster zur Straße hin sind alle neu, sodass kein Lärm zu hören ist.
Die Wohnung ist in der Gärtnerstraße etwa 15 Min. Fußweg vom UKE entfernt und 15 Min. Busfahrt zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Uni Hamburg ist in 10 Min. Busfahrt zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor Tür. Außerdem gibt es im direkten Umfeld einige sehr gute Restaurants.
