Ab Mitte November biete ich ein 15m² großes Zimmer in meiner hellen, ruhigen, zentral gelegenen 2-Zimmer Wohnung zur Vermietung an. Die Anmietung ist vorerst als Zwischenmiete für 3 bis 6 Monate (je nach Bedarf) geplant.
Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über eine großzügige Küche sowie zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls geräumig und mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit einem Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Das ca. 15 m² große Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Bett und einem Schrank ausgestattet. Du kannst jedoch auch gerne deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Selbstverständlich steht auch Internet zur Verfügung.

The apartment is filled with natural light and features a spacious kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom is also roomy and equipped with a bathtub.
The apartment comes fully furnished with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The approximately 15 m² room includes a desk, a bed, and a wardrobe. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture.
Internet access is, of course, available.
Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre ausgezeichnete Lage aus, nur 4 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station "Horner Rennbahn" und 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station "Raues Haus" entfernt. Vom letzteren gelangst du innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.

The apartment boasts an excellent location, just a 4-minute walk from the "Horner Rennbahn" subway station and 10 minutes from the "Raues Haus" subway station. From the latter, you can reach the main train station in just 10 minutes.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the transportation connections are superb.
