Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG im Wohltorfkamp.
Zu Zimmer, Wohnung und Haus:
Das Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß, es ist hell und hat ein großes Fenster zum Garten, der mitgenutzt werden darf.
Das zweite Zimmer wird von der Hauptmieterin (22) bewohnt, die von August bis Ende Januar 2023 ein Praktikum macht und das Zimmer deshalb zwischenvermietet.
Die Küche, hell und ausreichend groß, und das Bad mit Dusche werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt, ebenso die Waschmaschine.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr hilfsbereit, recht jung und
besteht zum Großteil aus HAW-Studenten.
Mietbeginn 01.08.2022, Umzug nach Absprache.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, vor allem für Studenten der HAW, die man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zum nächsten S-Bahnhof sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 25 Minuten.
Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es Rewe und Aldi, beides ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
