Subletting my room for 2 months as I am travelling for work. It is a beautiful, newly built room in a student dorm at Lokstedt. Location is extremely central. The U bahn is walkable and is 10 mins away from the building plus there are multiple bus stops within 500m radius of the location. 15 mins on U bahn (U2)would take you to the HH central station or Jungfernstieg.
The room is fully furnished. The toilet/ kitchen is to be shared with other flatmates. There are 3 toilets for 7 rooms. The living room and kitchen is very large and bright with a sofa, fridge, cooking range, microwave. The roommates are mostly students and very friendly.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für 2 Monate zur Untermiete, da ich beruflich unterwegs bin. Es ist ein schönes, neu gebautes Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim in Lokstedt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen im Umkreis von 500m um den Standort. In 20 Minuten erreicht man mit der U-Bahn (U2) den Hauptbahnhof HH oder Jungfernstieg.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Toilette/Küche muss mit anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt werden. Es gibt 3 Toiletten für 6 Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind groß und hell, mit einem Sofa, Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle. Die Mitbewohner sind meist Studenten und sehr freundlich.
