Zimmer ist geschätzte 17,5 qm groß und hat einen Balkon.
DIE WOHNUNG ist 70 qm groß, alles notwendige ist vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Hausrat),
Internet- und Telefonflatrate (Vodafone und Festnetz, Wland).
Wohnung ist im VH, 3. Stock. Das Zimmer geht auf eine ruhige Straße raus.
Da alle Sachen in der Wohnung mir gehören, ist mir ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit meinem Hab und Gut SEHR wichtig, genauso ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang.
DIE GEGEND -Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Fussminuten von der U/S-Bahn Station Wandsbeker entfernt (8min zum Hauptbahnhof). In ca. 20 Minuten ist man an der Uni Hamburg, Kiez oder Schanze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das alltägliche Leben sind reichlich vorhanden (Edaka 2min, Aldi und Lidl in 5min, Quarree (Einkaufszentrum) ca. 10min, Budni/Rossmann jeweils 2min, Bäcker 2min usw.)Wandsbek Mark (U1, ca. 5 min Fußweg)

ZU MIR: Ich bin Walid, bin Mitte 30 und selbstständig, seit 3 Jahren arbeite ich bei der Bundesamt in Hamburg.
