Die Altbauwohnung liegt im wunderschönen und zentralen Münzviertel, ist insgesamt 140m² groß und zeichnet sich besonders durch den schönen langen Flur, alte Dielenböden und die hohen, mit Stuck geschmückten Decken aus.

The flat consists of 6 rooms, bath, seperate WC, guest bed and cellar.
The room is about 20m² in size, with a loft area and a large window offering a view over Elphi, Deichtorhallen & Hafencity. It is fully furnished, with everything a person needs. The old building apartment is located in the beautiful and central Münzviertel, is a total of 140m² in size, and is particularly characterized by the beautiful long hallway, old plank floors, and the high ceilings adorned with stucco.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt ums Eck von den Deichtorhallen, ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten von Elbe und Hauptbahnhof entfernt und die U1 erreichst du in 3 Minuten. In nächster Nähe gibt es seit neustem ein Café, in dem man die Brötchen vom 3 min weiter entfernten Edeka etwas teurer kaufen kann sowie einen Kiosk, einen Imbiss und ein ghanaisches Restaurant. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten um die Ecke, da gibt es Donnerstags Pizza aus dem Lehmofen. Und der Steindamm ist auch nicht weit entfernt, falls du mal Lust hast Gemüse und Obst aus der ganzen Welt einzukaufen.

The apartment is located just around the corner from the Deichtorhallen, is a 10-minute walk from the Elbe and the main train station, and you can reach the U1 subway line in 3 minutes. Recently, a café has opened nearby where you can buy rolls from the Edeka supermarket, which is 3 minutes away, at a slightly higher price, as well as a kiosk, a snack bar, and a Ghanaian restaurant. There is a community garden around the corner, where they serve pizza from a clay oven on Thursdays. And Steindamm is also not far away, in case you ever feel like buying vegetables and fruits from all over the world.
Da ich für mein Austauschsemester das Land verlasse, besteht hier die einmalige Möglichkeit dieses einzigarte Zimmer, in einzigartiger Wohnung mit einzigartigen Menschen für ein halbes Jahr zu bewohnen. Bitte schreib uns ein paar Sätze über dich und vielleicht sehen wir uns ja bald :)
