Hallo,
ich bin über den Oktober nicht in Hamburg und möchte mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten.
Die Lage ist eine absolute A-Lage: Nah an Kiez, Schanze, Hafen, Innenstadt.
Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist auch super: U3, S1, S3 und ein paar Busse sind in drei Gehminuten erreichbar.
Es gibt einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und alles mögliche zum Essen in der Straße.
Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß, hat ein Fenster, Stuck an der Decke und einen schönen Dielenboden. Es ist möbliert wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.
Die Wohnung ist sonst mit allem ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, Internet, Waschmaschine etc ist alles am Start.
Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden, der nur mit Schlüssel zugängig ist.
Du würdest den Monat da mit Fabian und Ronny verbringen. Die sind irgendwas zwischen Student und berufstätig. Die beiden sind ziemlich korrekt und haben einen feinen Humor, mit denen wirst du auf jeden Fall klarkommen.
