Wir wollen einen Zweitwohnsitz in Poggenhagen oder Umgebung einrichten und deswegen hier in der Wohnung ein Zimmer zum Tausch zur Untervermietung anbieten.
Das Zimmer ist lauschig, mit Holzfussboden und durch das rießige Fenster sehr hell. Direkte Sonne von Feb-Nov.
Es gibt hier keine Zentralheizung, geht aber mit nem Radiator o.ä. auch sehr gut.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Michel, mit Süd-Balkon. Zur U-Bahn in drei Minuten zu Fuss, zur S-Bahn fünf Minuten. Reeperbahn zehn Minuten haha
Wir werden unregelmäßig mal hier mal dort sein, je nach Job-Angebot, mal zu zweit mal einzeln, hauptsächlich aber in Hannover. Wir suchen erstmal eine Zwischenunterkunft dort, um uns dann in Ruhe für etwas Größeres umzusehen.
Die Ausstattung hier ist noch nicht ganz klar, kann aber teil oder ganz möbliert sein. Zur Zeit ist eine Spülmaschine in der Küche und keine Waschmaschine, das liesse sich den Bedürfnissen noch anpassen. Geraucht wird nur auf dem Balkon.
