Moin allerseits,
ich suche für den Zeitraum jetzt bis Oktober einen WG-Partner, bzw. eine WG-Partnerin. Ich bin selber relativ frisch eingezogen. Auch wenn ich hier sonst alleine wohne, ist die Wohnung mit den zwei Zimmern easy WG-tauglich. Ich bin die nächsten Wochen mal da und mal unterwegs, deshalb möchte ich die Miete gerne teilen und habe ansonsten auch Lust auf gemeinsames Wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Hamburger Neustadt. Die Neustadt gehört mit der Altstadt zum alten Hamburger Kern. Die Wohnung liegt also mitten in der Stadt. Die Innenstadt, die Uni, St. Pauli, die Sternschanze, der Hafen und die Alster sind fußläufig. Es ist eine hammergeile Lage. Vor allem, weil die Neustadt selber relativ ruhig ist.
Die nächstgelegenen S- und U-Bahn Stationen sind:
S3/S1 Stadthausbrücke: 7 min
U2 Gänsemarkt/ Oper: 10 min
+ diverse Busse
