Die Zimmer liegen nach vorne heraus und sind lichtdurchflutet, während die Küche nach hinten heraus einen Blick ins Grüne hergibt. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an einer vierspurigen Straße liegt, ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern leise. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist zu sehen in den Bildern, wäre jedoch nur teilmöbliert.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet mit allem, was man so zum Leben braucht (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc), ein Dachabteil dient als Abstellraum.
(Die Waschmaschine, die in der Küche zu sehen ist, wird noch in die Küchenzeile integriert)
The rooms are situated towards the front and are filled with light, while the kitchen at the back offers a view of greenery. Despite the apartment being located directly on a four-lane road, it is quiet with closed windows. The room available for rent can be seen in the pictures but would only be partially furnished.
The rest of the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for daily living (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.), and there is an attic space for storage.
(The washing machine that you see in the kitchen will be integrated into the kitchen unit.)
Die Wohnung liegt ungefähr an der Schützenstraße Mitte, mit guter Anbindung an Altona/Schanze. Mit dem 3er Bus, der direkt vor der Haustür fährt, lässt sich das Stadtzentrum gut erreichen. Das Viertel bietet also ein ruhigeres Wohnen im Grünen mit perfekter Anbindung an Trubel und Nachtleben.
Einen Kaufland gibts 100m weiter und einen Obi direkt hinter dem Haus, so dass Einkaufen und Heimhandwerkeln gut machbar ist
The apartment is located approximately on Schützenstraße Mitte, with excellent connections to Altona/Schanze. The number 3 bus, which stops right in front of the building, provides easy access to the city center. This neighborhood offers a quieter living environment surrounded by greenery while maintaining a perfect connection to the hustle and bustle of city life and nightlife.
There's a Kaufland supermarket just 100 meters away and an Obi home improvement store right behind the building, making shopping and DIY projects convenient.
