Das möblierte Zimmer liegt im 5. Stock, die Wohnung mit Küche und Bad im 3. Stock. Deswegen kostet das Zimmer auch nur 200.- €.
Das Velux-Fenster zum Kippen ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und man blickt über die Dächer und grünen Höfe Ottensens bis zur Elphi, Schanzen- und Fernsehturm.
Bis zur Elbe runter sind es 10 Minuten, ebenso zum Bahnhof Altona. Stadtradstationen gibt es gleich mehrere in der näheren Umgebung. Die Ottenser Hauptstraße bietet viele Einkaufsmöglickeiten in kleinen Läden und Boutiquen, es gibt aber auch Super- und Biosupermäkte und natürlich den Wochenmarkt.
Isabel (35) und ich (57) sind zwei herzliche und humorvolle Frauen, lieben es beide sauber und haben eine Wellenlänge was Soziales, Umwelt und Politik angeht. Wenn uns nach ´nem Schnack zumute ist, treffen wir uns in der Küche, wenn wir unsere Ruhe haben wollen, machen wir die Tür zu. Ganz unkompliziert.
Uns ist wichtig, dass unsere Mitbewohnerin Vegetarierin und Nichtraucherin ist.
