One bedroom in a two bedroom flatshare in Ottensen available to rent starting in February. Bedroom furniture can remain upon request. A washing machine and dishwasher are both included in the apartment! The apartment is in a very central location, with restaurants, coffee shops, parks and shopping around the corner. Bus stops are also around the corner and it is a close walk to Altona. The apartment is quite spacious with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living. There is rooftop access, however this is only available during the summer.
My roomate is very friendly, open and would appreciate someone who is also conscious about cleaning. She does tend to travel quite a bit, which means you are able to enjoy the apartment to yourself quite often!

Ein Schlafzimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-WG in Ottensen ab Februar zu vermieten. Schlafzimmermöbel können auf Wunsch erhalten bleiben. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind in der Wohnung enthalten! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, mit Restaurants, Cafés, Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Bushaltestellen sind auch um die Ecke und es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang nach Altona. Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und teilt sich Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt Zugang zum Dach, dieser ist jedoch nur im Sommer verfügbar.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr freundlich, offen und würde sich über jemanden freuen, der sich auch mit Putzen auskennt. Sie reist ziemlich viel, was bedeutet, dass Sie die Wohnung oft für sich alleine genießen können!
