By bike you can reach almost everything important in about 10 minutes – for example the Elbe with the Wittenbergen beach, the Klövensteen recreation area or the surrounding villages. Generally, we are surrounded by nature reserves that are wonderful for walking and relaxing. :

The house is located just between Wedel and Rissen, making supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, Famila, Edeka, Rewe and Budni very easily accessible.

You run to the S-Bahn (S1) for about 18 minutes. From there you need about 30 minutes to the main railway station.
Nearly right in front of the front door, there is also a bus every hour to the S-Bahn station – practical if you want to rain or go fast. At night a night bus stops in front of the front door.

Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du fast alles Wichtige in etwa 10 Minuten – zum Beispiel die Elbe mit dem Strand Wittenbergen, das Naherholungsgebiet Klövensteen oder die umliegenden Ortschaften. Generell sind wir umgeben von Naturschutzgebieten, die sich wunderbar zum spazieren gehen und entspannen eignen. :)

Das Haus liegt genau zwischen Wedel und Rissen, dadurch sind Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl, Famila, Edeka, Rewe und Budni sehr leicht erreichbar.

Zur S-Bahn (S1) läufst du etwa 18 Minuten. Von dort brauchst du rund 30 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Fast direkt vor der Haustür fährt außerdem stündlich ein Bus zur S-Bahn-Station – praktisch, wenn’s mal regnet oder schnell gehen soll. Nachts hält vor der Haustür ein Nachtbus.

I (39) and my dog (3) have been living in this house for a few years and for just half a year now also Vanessa (20). We are both illustrators and we like to be creative, for example musical, graphical, but also craftsmanship. In addition, we love plants. : We like to spend time together, eat tasty, also often enjoy a beautiful film/series together and generally just exchange with each other. We would be very happy to find someone who likes to be comfortable and creative and would like to live together with us a life of NEBEN. : So we are not a purpose WG, but want to create a more loving and family atmosphere together.

For our WG, we therefore wish to have loving, friendly and thoughtful people who want to live in a community where you often have breakfast, cooking or even planning and doing something together.

What we want to mention at this point, however, is that we are not party-WG. We like it more cozy and more calm. Alcohol does not play a significant role in us, and we do not think of smoking. Also we do not cook exclusively vegan or vegetarian.

In addition, we would like to make you aware that you will find a great place to live with the move into this house WG, but in addition to all the advantages, you must also accept that a house does more work than an apartment, and therefore you should plan a certain amount of leisure (at least 3 - 5 hours a week) for the care and cleaning of the house + walking paths and gardening.

Ich (39) und mein Hund (3) leben seit ein paar Jahren in diesem Haus und seit knapp einem halben Jahr nun auch Vanessa (20). Wir sind beide Illustratorinnen und beschäftigen uns gerne kreativ z.B. musikalisch, grafisch, aber auch handwerklich. Darüber hinaus lieben wir Pflanzen. :) Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, essen gerne lecker, genießen auch oft zusammen einen schönen Film/ eine Serie und tauschen uns generell einfach gerne miteinander aus. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, jemanden zu finden, der es auch gerne gemütlich und kreativ mag und ein Zusammenleben MIT uns einem Leben NEBEN uns bevorzugen würde. :) Wir sind also keine Zweck-WG, sondern wollen gemeinsam eine eher liebevolle und familiäre Atmosphäre schaffen.

Für unsere WG wünschen wir uns also liebevolle, freundliche und rücksichtsvolle Menschen, die Lust haben, in einer Gemeinschaft zu leben, in der man auch öfter mal zusammen frühstückt, kocht oder auch mal gemeinsam etwas plant und unternimmt.

Was wir an dieser Stelle aber auch erwähnen möchten, ist, dass wir keine Party-WG sind. Wir mögen es eher gemütlich und etwas ruhiger. Alkohol spielt bei uns keine nennenswerte Rolle und auch von Rauchen halten wir nichts. Auch kochen wir nicht ausschließlich vegan oder vegetarisch.

Darüber hinaus möchten wir Dir vorab bewusst machen, dass Du mit Einzug in diese Haus-WG zwar einen tollen Platz zum Leben findest, aber neben all den Vorteilen auch in Kauf nehmen musst, dass ein Haus mehr Arbeit als eine Wohnung macht, und deshalb solltest Du für die Pflege und Reinigung des Hauses + Laufwege und Gartenarbeit ein gewisses Maß an Freizeit (mindestens 3 - 5 Stunden die Woche) einplanen.

Another important point
For our landlord it is important that you have a liability insurance. If you don't currently have one, this is not an exclusion criterion – such an insurance can usually be concluded quickly. However, proof should be available at the latest before signing the contract.

Other costs:
In addition to the costs already mentioned, there are also costs for electricity, internet/telephone, radio fee, WG cash register and household insurance. The more WG roommates we are, the cheaper it is.

Noch ein wichtiger Punkt
Für unseren Vermieter ist es wichtig, dass du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast. Falls du aktuell keine hast, ist das aber kein Ausschlusskriterium – eine solche Versicherung lässt sich in der Regel schnell abschließen. Der Nachweis sollte allerdings spätestens vor Vertragsunterzeichnung vorliegen.

Sonstige Kosten:
Neben den bereits genannten Kosten kommen dann noch Kosten für Strom, Internet/Telefon, Rundfunkgebühr, WG-Kasse und Hausratversicherung auf dich zu. Hierbei gilt, je mehr WG-Mitbewohner wir sind, desto günstiger wird es.
