Zu bieten haben wir ein ca. 23qm großes, sonnendurchflutetes Zimmer in einer 90qm großen Wohnung.
Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattet Küche und ein Bad üppiges Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Ein Balkon ist leider nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 3.OG.
Die Lage könnte mit der Grindelallee kaum besser sein. Egal ob Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Park, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und kann problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Hey, wir sind Julia (33) und Basti (39) und sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einer Nachfolgerin für unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin, welche uns demnächst leider verlassen wird.
Was das WG Leben angeht ist in der Regel der gesunde Mix zwischen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen aber auch dem Rückzug ins eigene Zimmer angesagt.
