The appartment is top, in a beautiful part of the city. (I made 360 videos but this website only uploads fotos.... I can share on Whatsapp if you want!).
There are two rooms available: one is 12qm, for 410 Euros (it is the one with two windows on the photos).
The second one is 14 qm, for 440 Euros.
As a new WG, I am waiting till we are three to decide on decoration and how to make the best out of our home.
Update: I am arranging WLAN contract this week with Telekom, and I am also making arrangements for a washing machine (this two points are something I wanted to discuss with my future roomies, but seems people get really disappointed if not provided beforehand).
The location is great!!! Walking distance to parks, Alster, public transportation. See the picture from outside the building!!

I've had previous experience with flat sharing as a travel volunteer, and I would describe myself as easy going and honest.
I appreciate sharing some time together, but I also respect your time alone in your room, because we all need some of that, right?
I like learning languages (currently improving my German), going for a walk, eating, travelling, dancing, and listening stories. I also like minimalism, cats and komposting :)
Main points are:
1. pay the rent and common services on time,
2. non smokers,
3. good communications skills and
4. respect to each other (this includes keeping the place tidy and clean, and a reasonable level of sound - this is NOT a party flat, sorry).
If you are interested, and feel we could get along sharing a flat, send me a Whatsapp message telling me about you, and we could arrange a Video call for a tour of the flat and get to know each other (Corona time, sorry).
If you are more the type of person who prefers to talk on the phone directly, please between 19.00 and 21.00. I work fulltime and cannot pick up calls when I am at work.
