hallo potentielle:r mitbewohni,
das zimmer ist für 2 monate frei, hell und sehr groß. es bleibt möbiliert: bett, schreibtisch und kleiderstange co. darfst du alles pfleglich nutzen. es ist im hintersten eck der l-förmigen wohnung und du wohnst tür an tür mit nisi.
sonst haben wir noch küche (mit spülmaschine), ein großes duschbad (mit waschmaschine) und ein kleines wc sowie abstellkammer. und natürlich die zimmer der anderen 3 mitbewohnis.
parallel zur reeperbahn (lautstärke ist komplett fein!), rundum zig spätis und u-bahn sowie s-bahn in laufnähe. besser gehts eigentlich nicht. oder doch? zur elbe brauchst du gerade mal 5 minuten.
du wohnst mit nisi, fabi und timothy zusammen. nisi ist 27 und copywriterin in der werbung, fabi ist 24 und studiert psychologie. das hat timothy, der 29 ist, auch mal studiert, sogar im master. jetzt macht er irgendwas, das wir alle nicht so ganz verstehen. vielleicht kann er es dir beim kennenlernen erklären.
wir sind defintiv keine zweck-wg, aber machen auch nicht alles miteinander. alles kann, nichts muss.
wir haben einen putzplan. aber manchmal muss man die anderen auch daran erinnern. alles muss, nichts kann.
