Schönes Altbau Zimmer mit hohen Decken. Im Zimmer findet man alles was man braucht. Bett, Regal, Schrank, Kommode. Wir ziehen allerdings innerhalb der WG um und teils aus und daher sind die Möbel etwas andere als auf dem Bild :-) Der Schrank ist ein hoher Spiegelschrank, die Kommode vintage blau, das Bett bleibt ist aber eine Schlafcouch :-) Ich kann leider noch nocht sagen ob ein Schreibtisch im Zimmer bleibt.
Rauchen darf man auch in seinem Zimmer, wenn man mag. Ansonsten wird in der Gemeinschaftsküche geraucht. Die die kleine aber feine Küche ist gleichzeitig auch unser einziger Gemeinschaftsraum. Ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer tatsächlich ganz aus, bleibe vorerst aber im Mietvertrag. Das Zimmer kannst du also gegebenen Falls auch langfristig beziehen, wenn das für alle Mitbewohner:innen passt :-) Nächstes Jahr werde ich dann auch aus dem Mietvertrag rausgehen. Überlege dir gerne, ob du theoretisch bereit wärst nächster Hauptmieter zu werden. Das ist natürlich kein Muss aber wir freuen uns, wenn du dafür offen bist! Ach und schreib doch in deinem text was über pina coladas, damit du nicht direkt durch unseren spamfilter rutschst ;)

Nice old building room with high ceilings. In the room, you’ll find everything you need: a bed, shelf, wardrobe, and dresser. However, we’re rearranging things within the shared apartment, so the furniture is a bit different from the picture. The wardrobe is a tall mirrored one, the dresser is vintage blue, and the bed is a sofa bed, Unfortunately, I can’t say for sure if a desk will stay in the room.
You’re welcome to smoke in your room if you like, but otherwise, we smoke in the communal kitchen. Our small but cozy kitchen is also our only common area. I’m actually moving out of my room entirely, but I’ll remain on the lease for now. So, you can potentially occupy the room long-term if it works for all the roommates. Next year, I’ll officially leave the lease. Feel free to consider if you’d be willing to become the next main tenant, but it’s not a requirement. We’d just appreciate it if you’re open to the idea! And considert using „pina colada“ in your text to avoid getting kicked by our advanced spam filter ;)

Wir wohnen nicht zusammen - wir leben zusammen. Die WG freut sich auf freundliche aufgeschlossene Menschen und hofft, dass sie von dir als Zwischenmieter:in genauso profitiert, wie du von unserer WG. Am meisten würden wir uns über eine Person freuen die nicht nur bei geschlossener Tür im Zimmer ist, sondern mit der man auch mal auf einen Schnack in der Küche zusammensitzt ;)

The flat is looking forward to friendly and open-minded people and hopes that they will benefit from you as an interim tenant as much as you will from our flat mates. Most of all we would be happy about a person who is not only in the room when the door is closed, but with whom you can also sit together for a chat in the kitchen and go to a bar once a while ;)
