You have the choice between a large room about 25sqm or an 8sqm room. The smaller one is quite empty right now and the bigger one we use as an office, but would be redisposed if you were looking for a large room. the rent for the small room is of course cheaper!
The whole apartment has a great old building arm and all rooms are very bright and welcoming. In addition, everything is still freshly painted, as we have recently moved in.
Du hast die Wahl zwischen einem großen, ca 25qm großen zimmer oder einem 8qm großen Zimmer. Das kleinere ist momentan ganz leer und das größere nutzen wir als Büro, würden aber dann umdisponiere, wenn du ein großes Zimmer suchst. die Miete für das kleine Zimmer ist natürlich günstiger!
Die ganze Wohnung hat einen tollen Altbaucharme und alle Zimmer sind sehr hell und einladend. Außerdem ist alles noch frisch gestrichen, da wir auch vor kurzem erst eingezogen sind.
The apartment is very close to the main railway station on Steindamm. The area is very busy and not for all what, but central it is not, we feel very comfortable here and also there is the best pasture, fruit and baklava right in front of the door! Also virtually right in front of the front door we have a penny and pharmacy, etc. everything is also directly accessible. At night there can be some noise at the street, but we have not disturbed it so far
Die Wohnung liegt ganz nah am Hauptbahnhof auf dem Steindamm. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt und nicht für alle was, aber zentraler geht es nicht, wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und außerdem gibt es das beste Pide, Obst und Baklava direkt vor der Haustür! Auch quasi direkt vor der Haustür haben wir einen Penny und Apotheke, etc. ist auch alles direkt erreichbar. Nachts kann es af der Straße schon mal etwas Geräuschkulisse geben, aber wir haben uns daran bisher nicht gestört
Your natives are Toni and Stella, both around 30-noch-what and longer in Hamburg. Toni is a teacher and very much and passionate about her profession and Stella works as a cook in a collective farm.
We also spend our time with volunteer work and if we do the evening we like to watch queeres trash tv or go out.
Toni are cleanliness and order very important and Stella places a great deal of emphasis on direct and honest communication.

Deine MItbewohnis sind Toni und Stella, beide um die 30-noch-was und schon länger in Hamburg. Toni ist Lehrerin und sehr viel und leidenschaftlich mit ihrem Beruf beschäftigt und Stella arbeitet als Koch in einem Kollektivbetrieb.
Wir verbringen unsere Zeit beide ebenfalls mit ehrenamtlicher Arbeit und wenn wir mal Feierabend machen, gucken wir gerne queeres trash tv oder gehen aus.
Toni sind Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig und Stella legt besonders viel Wert auf eine direkte und ehrliche Kommunikation.
