Ich suche eine Zwischenmieter*in für mein Zimmer im 'Künstlerhaus Wendenstraße' (http://wendenstrasse.org/; Hammerbrook, südl. von St.Georg) - die Dauer ist einigermaßen flexibel; mindestens vom 1.6.2020 bis ca. 30.6.2020, aber zwei Monate würden auch gehen. Da ich ausziehe kann das Zimmer evtl. auch länger oder dauerhaft gemietet werden; was dann aber meine Mitbewohner*innen entscheiden. Ich suche jetzt erstmal jemanden für den Übergang.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und geräumig, mit hohen Decken. Die Wohnung ist riesig; es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, Bar, Wohnbereich, Sauna und Tischtennisplatte.
Da ich bereits zum 1.6. ausziehe, sind dann leider nicht mehr viele Möbel in dem Zimmer; d.h. es kann entweder unmöbliert oder mit einer Matratze und einem Regal angemietet werden. Das können wir besprechen.

I will sublet my room from 1 June till 30 June 2020 or until 31 July. Possibly you could also stay a longer time. However, that will bedecided by my flatmates; I am only looking for someone for a month as I am oving and and want to give them some more time to find someone. The room is quite spatious, and so is the flat. we have a bar, a sauna ad table tennis in the living room area - lots of space t get creative.
Please send me some basic information about yourself (age, what you are doing or whatever you think might be interesting/ important) so that I can figure out if that would fit with my flatmates.
Zentrale Lage, direkt bei den Öffi-Haltestellen 'Hammerbrook' und 'Berliner Tor', 2 Minuten zum Hbf.
Central location, close to train/subway stops Hammerbrook and Berliner Tor, 2min to the main station.
Lebhaftes, aber zwangloses Beisammensein.
As we are 7 people, there's always so to talk, but everyone is also doing their own stuff.
As most people living here are into arts, there are also regular exhibitions, performances and screenings happening in the house.
