Looking for somebody to rent my room from April until August.
Room is 20qm. Wooden floors and high ceilings. It is not furnished, but if you need it to be we can arrange a sofabed plus a table and a drawer.
The WG is quite big, almost 120qm. Kitchen is big and has all appliances. There is a shower and a toilet in different rooms. Plus a small room that function as a walk-in closet for the 4 people living here.
Location is great, about 2 minutes walking from HBF. Get anywhere in the city in just 15 minutes from here.
Closeby there are tons of restaurants and coffees. Langereihe is just 5 minutes away and the Alster is maybe 10 min walking. To the other side there is Steindamm with lots of delicious restaurants and crossing the station you have Mockenbergstrasse for any shopping.
Fair warning: Bremer Reihe can be little bit loud sometimes. But it never was a problem for me.
Lots of changes in the WG Recently. 3 out of 4 people are moving out for different reasons. So there will be 3 new people moving in in March and April.
We are finishing our contract with the renter, so we will give up the apartment in the end of August. After you leave we will come back to clean it, and give it back to the renter.
So we are looking for somebody that needs a place to crash for the next 5 months. If they like the apartment, we can contact the renter and forward your documents for application.
Let me know if you are interested. Ideally somebody who is in Hamburg for some time and needs a place to stay temporarily. As I explained, officially it will be unfurnished but if you need something we can arrange a sofa bed and some furniture. We can figure something out.
At the end of August, you have to move out so the original WG crew can come back and clean everything to give it back to the renter. There is a chance you could stay with the contract if you apply directly to the renter. We could forward the documents.
