das Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß und hat Zugang zum Balkon, welcher auch durch mein Zimmer begehbar ist. Das Zimmer ist hell und die Sonne scheint morgens schön rein:)
Es ist teilweise möbliert, ein Bett steht auf jeden Fall drinnen (nicht die paletten, ein richtiges Bett)
Kann man bei Bedarf noch klären wegen Möbel.
die Wohnung ist super gelegen.
Lidl und Real sind in kürze zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie S- und U-Bahn Berliner Tor.
Der Hbf ist entweder eine Station mit den Öffis oder zu Fuß ya 10 min. Es gibt einen Park in der Nähe und die Aussenalster ist auch nahe gelegen
Ich bin Charlotte, 25 Jahre alt wohne erst seit Beginn diesen Jahres im schönen Hamburg. Ich arbeite Vollzeit in einer Modelagentur als Bookerin. Hier in der Wohnung wohnt noch mein Hund Johnny, er ist ein Labrador Schäferhund Mischling und wird bald 4 Jahre alt. Er ist sehr lieb aber bellt auch gerne mal wenn jemand im Flur läuft. Wir sind sehr viel zusammen draußen in meiner Freizeit:)
bitte wirklich nur melden, wenn du keine Angst vor Hunden hast und dir vorstellen kannst mit einem zusammen zu wohnen.
