Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m2 groß, voll möbliert und frisch gestrichen. Alle Möbel sind entweder komplett neu oder in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer ist zum ruhigen Innenhof, hat jedoch das Nachbargebäude im Blick
Die Wohnung ist 80m2 mit einem langen Flur und großen Schränken im Eingang (viel Platz für Schuhe, Jacken etc.).

Stock - ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.
