Das Zimmer hat 18 qm bei 3,20 m Deckenhöhe und verfügt über eine kl. Küchenzeile: Teilmöbliert mit Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank, den Deckenlampen auf dem Foto (die Möbel nicht!). Es gibt dort auch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Waschmaschinennutzung im Keller. Es gibt ein kleines Duschbad.
Hell, relativ ruhige Lage (zum Hinterhof) und trotzdem direkt im Kiez und superzentral.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 40 qm und liegt im 3.OG ohne Aufzug.
Das zweite Zimmer (14 qm) wird von mir gelegentlich bewohnt. Mitbenutzung bei Abwesenheit möglich.
Kosten für Untermieter*in: monatl. derzeit 550.- EUR warm (inkl. Betriebskosten- & Heizkostenvorauszahlung) zuzügl. Strom, Internet.
U-Bahn St.Pauli/ S-Bahn Reeperbahn. Szene-Viertel, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Läden um die Ecke,.
Ich (64, Hochschul-Dozentin) bin mehrfach im Jahr (rd. 2-4 mal) für eine kürzere Dauer in Hamburg und bewohne dann das kleine Zimmer, das zudem als Lagerraum für diverse Zeichnungen, Fotos etc. genutzt wird.
Wenn anwesend, benutze ich die Küche nicht, d.h. du hast deinen Privatraum!
Wenn ich nicht da bin, kannst du das Zimmer gern mitbenutzen.
