Hallo,
in der Wohnung in St. Pauli wird zum 01.Januar ein Zimmer frei, da Laura zurück in die Schweiz zieht. Das Zimmer ist klein und gutgeschnitten (Bett, Schrank, Kommode finden aber problemlos Platz) und es gibt ein schönes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, wo du im auch noch gern Sachen unterbringen kannst. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine kleine Abstellkammer und einen geräumigen Dachboden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, auf Wunsch könnte aber die Kommode sowie der Schrank (kostenfrei) übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in St. Pauli. Bus, S-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie der Park Fiction alles in direkter Nähe (weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Ich würde mich selbst als umgänglich und rücksichtsvoll beschreiben, ich arbeite 30 Stunden in der Woche klassische 9-5 Zeiten und am Wochenende manchmal noch in einen Club. Ich freue mich über ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben, ob Putzplan oder nicht, Kühlschrankkommunismus oder nicht, ist mir relativ egal, so wie es halt passt. Eine Grundordnung und Sauberkeit finde ich aber dennoch ganz nett.
