da Janik uns verlässt wird ein Zimmer frei. Es hat ca. 4*4*4 m und liegt zum Innenhof (trotzdem nicht allzu leise).
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer mit Dielenboden, ein Vollbad und ne kleine Wohnküche (da allerdings Laminat).
Einfach Telefonnummer - und ev. Fragen - mailen, ich meld mich dann:
Wer den Kiez kennt, dem brauch ich nix erzählen. Wer ihn nicht kennt: es ist leider nicht mehr alles so schön schrammelig wie früher (bis auf diese WG ;) ), die Gentrifizierung lässt grüßen.
Ansonsten: ÖPNV ca 5 Minuten entfernt (S Reeperbahn, U St. Pauli), Discounter, veganer Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt 1 Min., Nachtleben sowieso. Stadion ca. 7 Min.
Janik weg, Johanna (41) und och (Brucki, 42) bleiben da.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch nicht unbedingt ne Party-Höhle, wohnen schon zum zweiten Mal zusammen. Heißt man trifft sich in der Küche, isst, trinkt und schnackt. Oder geht halt mal vor die Tür zu Selbigem. Wenn's denn wieder möglich wird.
Die 400,- sind inklusiver aller Nebenkosten - also Strom, Gas, Wasser etc. Gibt ne Flatrate über W-Lan und ne Festnetz-Flat. Normal halt. Ne Kaution wirds wohl auch geben. Summe ist Verhandlungssache, ist ja leider alles recht teuer hier ... Und damit auch endlich diese 50 Wörter geschafft. Dachte ich zumindest.
