ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer (15 qm) in meiner 2-Zi Whg (52 qm) ab dem 1.7.24 für ca 4-12 Monate, flexibel, je nach Bedarf und Absprache. Ich selbst bleibe in der Wohnung, nutze das 2. Zimmer (hier nicht abgebildet) und die allgemeinen Räume. Die Wohnung liegt in St. Pauli, 3. Stock, hell, 5 Min zur S-Bahn, 8 Min zur U-Bahn. Das Zi kostet monatl 540 € inclusive NK ( Wlan, Strom, Hzg bei vernünftiger Nutzung). Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt in der Wohnung.
Ich bin Künstlerin, arbeite in Berlin und Hamburg, meist die Hälfte des Monats hier, wie dort, also häufig unterwegs.

I‘m renting out a furnished room in my 2-room apartment from 1.7.24 for approx 4–12 months, period flexible by arrangement. I myself stay in the apartment, use the 2nd room (not pictured here) and the general rooms. The flat is located in a quiet area of St. Pauli, very close to public transport (S-Reeperbahn, 4 min to walk) , 3. floor (top floor), bright. The room costs 540 € per month, incl. utilities (w-lan, heating, electricity reasonably used). Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
I‘m an artist, work in Berlin and Hamburg usually half of the month here and there, so often on the road.
