The room is currently occupied by a woman which sadly will leave the flat. Therefore this room will be available. Everything in the picture will be taken out so you can arrange the room the way you find suitable.
The apartment is located in between St Pauli, Sternschanze and Feldstrasse. The S3 Reeperbahn and U3 Feldstrasse can be reached in no more than 7 minutes, Schutterblat is also reachable within 7 to 8 minutes by foot. There is a REWE, EDEKA, LIDL and ALDI within less than 10 minutes distance by foot.

Die Ubahn Feldstraße ist zu Fuß ca 7 Minuten entfernt, zur Sbahn Reeperbahn läuft man ca 10 Minuten. Wenn du gerne feiern gehst, bist du ausserdem auch in ca 10 Minuten in der Schanze. In unserem Haus gibt es 4 Parteien, die alle super entspannt und freundlich sind.
We are a WG of 4 people (Bruno, Virgilio, Leandro and Luiza) Luiza is the one that is leaving, we all are full time workers but also enjoy a night out or some WG evenings with a nice dinner and drinks. It is a pretty relaxed environment, we are looking for someone open minded and fun to join our household.

"Unsere" Mitbewohner sind, Virgilio, Leandro und Luiza und kommen alle aus Brasilien. Hier sprechen alle fließend englisch und alle sitzen Abends gerne zusammen und kochen, trinken Bier, spielen Billiard etc. Es wäre also toll, wenn du auch Lust auf ein geselliges Miteinander hättest.
The apartment is very big and we have the first and the second floor. The living room and the open kitchen are in the ground floor and the bedrooms are in the second floor. We also have to toilets with showers which is very when living with 4 people :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und eines der zwei Badezimmer. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich die Zimmer und das andere Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Wenn Du dich angesprochen fühlst, dann schreib mir gerne oder komm zum kennenlernen und Wohnung anschauen vorbei :)
