Die Wohnung liegt in einer recht ruhigen Wohnlage auf St. Pauli zwischen Reeperbahn und Sternschanze und besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einem großen Flur, einer Wohnküche mit Sitzecke und Geschirrspüler, sowie einem Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Beide Zimmer sind ca.15 qm groß.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin wäre Dana (31). Sie ist Sozialpädagogin, arbeitet und lebt in Oldenburg und ist nur selten mal für ein Wochende in Hamburg, weshalb es quasi wie alleine wohnen wäre. Die Wahl des Zimmers wäre dir beim Einzug überlassen.
Zur S Reeperbahn geht man ca. 8-10 min, U Feldstraße ist zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min. entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut fußläufig erreichbar.
