Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und nach hinten raus. Was besonders an den Wochenende ganz angenehm ist. Es ist ausgestatten mit einer Kommode und Kleiderstange, so dass du genug Platz für deine Klamotten hast. Es befindet sich kein Schreibtisch in dem Zimmer, aber dei Kommode eigenet sich auch hervorragend um daran zu lernen oder Home-Office zu machen.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und wurde vor zwei Jahren saniert. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein Sofa, TV (mit Netflix, prime etc) und ein Esstisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, da mein Mitbewohner und ich gerne und viel gemeinsam kochen.
The room is about 15 square meters and to the rear. What is especially on the weekends quite pleasant. It is equipped with a dresser and clothes rail, so you have enough space for your clothes. There is no desk in the room, but the dresser is perfect for studying or home office.
The apartment is clean and was renovated two years ago. In the living room there is a sofa, TV (with Netflix, prime etc) and a dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped as my roommate and I like to cook together a lot.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt zwischen der Reeperbahn und dem Hafen. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und auch Events, Musicals oder Orte um Nachts um die Häuser zu ziehen kann man bequem erreichen. Die Anbindung an S- und U-Bahnen sind in 4 bzw. 8 Min zu erreichen. In 100 Metern entfernung befindet sich ein Kiosk, der auch Sonntags oder zur späten Stunde alles hat, was man braucht. Ansonsten befinden sich auch Supermärkte/Discounter (der legendäre Kiez-Penny) in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
The apartment is located directly between the Reeperbahn and the harbor. You are quickly in the city center and also events, musicals or places to move at night around the houses can be reached easily. The connection to suburban and subway trains can be reached in 4 and 8 minutes. In 100 meters distance there is a kiosk, which has everything you need even on Sundays or late at night. Otherwise, there are also supermarkets / discounters (the legendary Kiez-Penny) in the immediate vicinity.
Mein Mitbewohner ist 30 Jahre, und macht zurzeit seinen Doktor an der Uni Hamburg. Wenn du neu in Hamburg bist, kannst du ihn auf jeden Fall nach Geheimtipps für Bars und Restaurants fragen. Außerdem kocht er genauso gerne wie gut und freut sich immer über nette Gesellschaft.
My roommate is 30 years old and is currently doing his PhD at the University of Hamburg. If you are new to Hamburg, you can definitely ask him for insider tips for bars and restaurants. He also loves to cook as much as he loves to eat and is always happy to have nice company.
Im Sommer musst du auf jeden Fall unser Flachdach auschecken. Es eignet sich perfekt für einen Drink, während über der Elbe die Sonne untergeht.
In summer you definitely have to check out our flat roof. It's perfect for a drink while the sun sets over the Elbe.
