Wir bieten ein lichtdurchflutetetes Doppelzimmer. Es ist 38qm groß und wie in einer Altbauwohnung typisch, hat es hohe Decken mit Stuck. Man blickt auf das Treiben in der Paul-Roosenstr. und es wird nie langweilig.
St. Pauli spricht wohl für sich. Hier tummeln sich jung und alt, arm und reich und es ist immer was los. Mitten im Zentrum, 8Min zur S-Reeperbahn, 10 Min zur U-Feldstrasse. Ganz in der Nähe ist der Wohlerspark und auch Planten un Blumen ist in ca 10Min Fusselaeufig zu erreichen.
Wir sind eine 4er WG. 2Maennlein, 2Weiblein. Wir sind alle Berufstätig, einer arbeitet in der Nachtschicht und begrüßt es, wenn am Tage keine Party gefeiert wird. Wir frühstücken am Wochenende gerne mal zusammen oder spielen Gemeinschaftspiele. Wir mögen es sauber, es gibt einen Putzplan und jede Woche ist jemand anderes dran (sprich, du hast in der Regel alle 5Wochen Putzdienst)
Bei uns leben auch eine Katze und ein Hund, deshalb sind keine weiteren Haustiere erwünscht. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören. Schreib uns gerne ein bisschen was über dich, wer du bist, was du machst und warum du bei uns wohnen möchtest.
