das wunderschöne altbauzimmer mit halberker und parkettboden ist zur süd-west-seite gelegen und deshalb unglaublich hell und sonnig. für die zwischenmiete würde ich, wenn nötig, eine matraze und 1-2 schränke hier lassen - kann das zimmer aber auch komplett leer räumen. im resttlichen teil der wohnung ist alles vorhanden. von spühlmaschine über waschmaschine bis zu handtüchern.
die lage ist wunderbar, direkt im kiez auf pauli sind cafés, bars, restaurants etc etc vor der tür. es ist immer etwas los, doch wenn du deine ruhe brauchst, sind die fenster in dem zimmer sehr dicht und lassen wenig lärm durch.
die bushaltestelle davidstr ist 2-3min entfernt.
die s-bahn reeperbahn 6 min.
die u-bahn st.pauli ca. 8 min.
du würdest mit 3 studentinnen die wohnugn teilen. ciara, margaux und carlin sind viel unterwegs kochen aber auch oft und gern zusammen und leben gesellig und freundschaftlich.
