Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit einem tollem Blick auf die Tanzenden Türme! Es hat einen schönen Fußboden und einen eigenen TV Anschluss. Bei Interesse können die Möbel übernommen werden (aber kein Muss). Das Zimmer ist, trotz der Nähe zum Kiez, sehr ruhig. Am Wochenende kann man bei offenem Fenster ganz Leicht die Musik hören, dennoch kann man problemlos schlafen.
Die Wohnung hat eine große, moderne Küche (mit Backofen, Waschmaschine UND großer Spülmaschine), von der aus man auf einen wunderbaren und geräumigen Balkon mit Blick auf den Michel, Bismarck sowie die Tanzenden Türme gelangt.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Abstellraum auf dem Dachboden, zudem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.

The room has a large window with a great view of the "Tanzende Türme"! It has a beautiful floor and its own TV connection. If you are interested, the furniture can be taken over (but it's not a must). The room is very quiet despite the proximity to the Reeperbahn / Kiez. At the weekend you can easily hear the music with the window open, but you can still sleep easily.
The apartment has a large, modern kitchen (with oven, washing machine AND dishwasher), from which you can access a wonderful and spacious balcony with a view of the Michel, Bismarck and the dancing towers.
The apartment also has a storage room in the attic, and there is also a bicycle cellar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen - die S-Bahn Stationen Landungsbrücken und Reeperbahn sowie die U3 St. Pauli und zahlreiche Buslinien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock zum Innenhof hin. Obwohl die WG unweit der belebten Reeperbahn liegt, ist es insgesamt sehr ruhig. Genau wie in den Zimmern hört man das Treiben auf den Straßen von St. Pauli am Wochenende leise im Hintergrund, tagsüber aber überhaupt nicht - außer wenn St. Pauli spielt, dann kann man den Spielverlauf anhand des Jubels mitverfolgen :)
Supermärkte, Apotheke und natürlich Bars und Restaurants (und der Hamburger DOM) sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - genau so aber auch der schöne "Planten un Blomen" Park.

The apartment is very centrally located - the S-Bahn stations Landungsbrücken and Reeperbahn as well as the U3 St. Pauli and numerous bus lines are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 5th floor facing the inner courtyard. Although the WG is not far from the lively Reeperbahn, it is very quiet overall. Just like in the rooms, you can hear the hustle and bustle on the streets of St. Pauli quietly in the background at the weekend, but not at all during the day - except when St. Pauli is playing, then you can follow the progress of the game by cheering :)
Supermarkets, pharmacies and of course bars and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. The nearby "Planten un Blomen" park is great for a calm walk, too. It's also a great place to experience Hamburgs best Christmas market :-)
Die WG besteht aus Silva (23) und Max (28). Beide sind offen, nett und easy-going. Please note that we mainly speak English at home :)
Silva kommt ursprünglich aus Moskau und hat kürzlich ihren Master in "Peace & Security" an der Uni Hamburg abgeschlossen. Nebenher arbeitet sie in Hamburgs bestem Pizza-Restaurant. Sie bringt auch öfters mal Pizza mit und trinkt am Liebsten Aperol Spritz oder Weißwein auf dem Balkon.
Max kommt ursprünglich aus Bielefeld und arbeitet an seiner Doktorarbeit im Bereich Bioinformatik an der Uni Hamburg und war diesen Sommer auf 7 Festivals. In seiner Freizeit geht er regelmäßig bouldern und trinkt am Liebsten Mexikaner oder ein Helles Bier.
Wir achten sehr auf ein gutes Miteinander in der WG, sprechen in der Regel Englisch und unternehmen regelmäßig etwas zusammen - sei es von einem gemeinsamen Barabend, dem Weihnachtsmarkt, einem Open Air Rave, einer Houseparty oder einem gemeinsamen Kochabend. Die große Küche ist optimal für ein tolles WG Leben :)

Meet your new flatmates: Silva (23) and Max (28). Both are open-minded, friendly and easy-going. We mainly speak English at home.
Silva is from Moscow and moved here last year for her Masters in "Peace & Security" at Uni Hamburg. Right now, she works part-time in Hamburgs best pizza restaurant. She often brings pizza with her and loves to drink Aperol Spritz or white wine on the balcony.
Max is from Bielefeld and is working on his doctoral thesis in the field of bioinformatics at the University of Hamburg. He has been to 7 festivals this summer. In his free time, he regularly goes bouldering and likes to drink "Mexikaner" or a good beer.
We take great care to ensure that we get along well in the flat and regularly do something together - be it a bar, the Christmas market, an open air rave, a house party or a cooking evening together. The large kitchen is ideal for a great WG life :)
Die Miete beträgt 600€ warm und enthält alles außer der GEZ und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 1200€. Du wirst den Vertrag für das Zimmer direkt mit dem Eigentümer der Wohnung machen. Die Familie, der die Wohnung gehört ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Natürlich bekommst du eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung für die Anmeldung.
Der Einzug ist ab sofort möglich, spätestens jedoch ab dem 1.11. Ab dem 19.10. wäre optimal :)
Ich verlasse die WG nach etwas mehr als einem Jahr da ich in meine eigene Wohnung ziehe - kann die WG aber absolut weiterempfehlen!! :)
Wir lesen uns die Nachrichten aufmerksam durch und würden gerne nur wenige Besichtigungen durchführen. Hier schonmal die für uns möglichen Termine:

The rent is €600 and includes everything except the GEZ and internet. The deposit is 1200€. You will make the contract for the room directly with the owner of the apartment. The family who owns the apartment is absolutely friendly and helpful. Of course you will receive a confirmation from your landlord for the registration.
The move-in is possible from now - preferrably from 19.10., but latest from 1.11.
I'm leaving the WG after a little more than a year because I'm moving into my own apartment - but I can absolutely recommend the WG!! :)
We read the messages carefully and would like to do only a few viewings. Here are the possible dates for us:
- Friday 14.10. from 21:30
- Saturday 15.10. 09:00 - 15:00
- Sunday 16.10. 11:00 - 21:00
