Die Wohnung ist zentral in der Schanze in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Innenhof gelegen. Es handelt sich um eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung zu der ein nettes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin gehört. Das Zimmer ist für 5 Monate frei.
Die U-Bahn Stationen Christuskirche, Schlump und die U/S-Bahn Station Sternschanze sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Im Viertel gibt es viele Supermärkte, Gemüseläden, Bäckereinen, Restaurants, eine Post, Bars und Cafés.
Beim Zusammenleben ist mir ein netter Umgang wichtig und ein gewisses Level an Sauberkeit vor allem bei den Gemeinschaftsflächen. Schön wäre, wenn du wie ich berufstätig bist und nicht rauchst, da die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat.
