Das Zimmer wird möbliert untervermietet und ist bis mindestens Ende Juli verfügbar.
In dem Zimmer wohnt normal meine Freundin, die ab Mitte April 2024 für voraussichtlich ein Jahr im Ausland ist.
Für den unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass sie früher zurückkommt, würden wir den Vertrag dann immer um drei Monate, bis maximal Mitte April 2025 verlängern.
- Wohnung liegt mitten in der Schanze (Susannenstraße)
- 5min zur S-Bahn, ab da eine Station zur Uni und zwei zum Hauptbahnhof
- unzählige Bars, Restaurants, kleine Läden uvm. vor der Haustür
- mehrere Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke
Trotz der Lage sind wir eine sehr ruhige und entspannte WG.
Über regelmäßige WG-Partys brauchst du dir keine Sorgen machen. Zusammen kochen, auf dem Balkon quatschen oder ein spontaner WG-Ausflug geht aber immer. =)
