Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Sternschanze und ist sehr gut an die S Bahn und U Bahn angebunden. Edeka, Penny sind 200 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Gehen Sie ein paar Blocks und Sie haben wirklich gute Restaurants.
Das Zimmer ist nur für 1 Monat verfügbar. Du wirst die Wohnung mit meinem deutschen Mitbewohner Louis teilen, der Umweltingenieur ist und eine wirklich coole Person ist, die Sport liebt. Ich werde vorübergehend abwesend sein und werde daher meine Sachen dort lassen. Ihr müsst nichts mitbringen, da alles gut ausgestattet ist mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank.
Wir haben einen 250 Mbits Internetanschluss, den man voll ausnutzen kann, wenn man wie ich von zu Hause aus arbeitet. Ich bin Softwareentwickler und für mich funktioniert es hervorragend.
Wir sind auch erst vor kurzem eingezogen, also haben wir die Wände frisch gestrichen und die Wohnung ist ziemlich frisch und gut beleuchtet dank guter Belüftung und einem großen Balkon.
Eine Anmeldung in der Stadt ist für Kurzaufenthalte nicht möglich. Bitte geben Sie uns Bescheid, wenn Sie interessiert sind. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf.

The apartment is in the heart of the Sternschanze and is very well connected to the S Bahn and U Bahn. Edeka, Penny are 200 meters from the apartment. Walk a few blocks and you have really good restaurants.
The room is available for 1 month only. You will be sharing the flat with my german flatmate Louis who is an environmental engineer and he is a really cool person who loves sports. I will be temporarily away and therefore will leave my things there. You do not have to bring anything since everything is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator.
We have a 250 Mbits internet connection which you can fully utilise if you are working from home like me. I am a software developer and for me it works great.
We also have moved in recently so we have recently painted the walls and the apartment is quite fresh and is well lit up due to good ventilation and a big balcony.
City registration is not possible for short stays. Please let us know if you are interested. Very much looking forward to it.
