Hello dear ones,
I'm looking to share my 3 room apartment furnished. The apartment is in the very popular Beckstraße in the Schanzenviertel.
I am travelling 90% of the time so I am keeping my room and subletting the 2 other rooms including common space kitchen, shower, hall on 1rst floor with balcony in court side (see floorplan picture).
The two rooms are newly furnished each with a beds (80x200 cm) plus wardrobe, desk & office chair for studying or working. Zimmer#2 has a bed and Zimmer#1 has a sofa bed for when you want to change bed into sofa (as can be seen on the pictures).
Available as of September 1st 2022: Zimmer 2 (price 715 €/month) and Zimmer 1 (price 535 €/month) every expense is included (Rent, Furniture, Wi-Fi Internet, Electricity, Water, Hot water, Building common space maintenance, garbage removal, ARD radio Tax).
*Who: Minimum 6 months rent for students, singles, main thing cool, clean after yourself, respectful & trustworthy :)
*Furnishings: Everything a good apartment needs. All kitchen appliances include dishes, dishwasher toaster, stove, fridge and micro-wave. My personal items seen in pictures have been removed from both rooms #1 & #2. Only the furniture as seen on the floor plan is there: beds, wardrobes, night table, desks & office chairs & book shelve (please refer to floorplan picture for furniture layout).
