The entire house flows with natural light and open ventilation for our humid, tropical summers. The encompassing views change from sunrise to blue sky days to evening hues and night city lights which are mesmerizing to the soul and make you feel totally peaceful. In terms of availability, one room is equipped ideally for students and the working Community. The room are well lit and 100% privacy is assured. It is partially furnished with a chair, a bed, and a queen-sized cupboard with a mirror attached. You have to share the shower room and toilet with 2 people. A Common dining space with a big kitchen equipped with all accessories. Thus, it's more comfortable for the students and working people. As the room has mandatory furniture, you don't have to buy anything unless you need to have something special for you like a work table. We have everything for you except the internet provider. You need to have your own Internet connection. It costs around 10 to 15 euros based on the service provider.

The apartment is situated very close to the bus stop - Berliner Platz. Dept stores like Rewe, Lidl , DHL, Rossmann, Aldi are 2 mins walk which are very close by. HASPA bank is just two mins from the apartment. It takes 25 mins from Berliner Platz to Hamburg Hbf and the connectivity is very good.

Everything you need is actually near you!

There's plenty of private space and tranquility here. At the same time, there's always quality time to be had over a good coffee, glass of wine, lunch, dinner and or breakfast each day around the dining table along the roommates.

This block, in particular, is fortunate enough to have a sports bar across the street, a cocktail bar down the block, and a nice new cafe and healthy sandwich place right next door, along with a grocery store across the street, and tons of additional amenities (countless bars and restaurants) if you venture out more than a few blocks.

A washing machine is available in Keller. It can be used at a cheap cost (1 euro per wash). Also, You need to have your own Internet connection. It costs around 10 to 15 euros based on the service provider.

Also, You might see the room is fully furnished. I bought everything from my previous tenant for around 600 Euros. However, as i mentioned earlier, it will be only partially furnished while you arrive, So, I need 200 euros. I want to pass my contract to someone who wants to buy the furniture as the apartment I will move to is already completely furnished.
