Moin moin, mein Name ist Leoni und ich bin 21 Jahr alt.
Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zieht nun leider studienbedingt um. Daher suche ich eine Nachfolgerin für ihr Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 m² groß und teilweise möbliert. Es ist ein großer Schrank und ein 140×200cm Bett vorhanden.
Da die Wohnung im 3OG liegt, ist es für Stadtverhältnisse eher ruhig.
Das Haus ist auch eher ruhig, da nur Paare hier wohnen.
Daher sind auch keine Partypeople gewünscht.
Ich wünsche mir ein enspanntes Miteinander. Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig.
Wenn jeder einfach seinen Kram immer direkt wegräumt ist alles supi.
Noch ein wenig zu mir: ich lebe nun seid 2020 in der Wohnung, immer in WG Konstellationen. Studiere Psychologie.
Ich treibe gerne Sport, ob im Gym oder beim Joggen an der Alster.
Sehr beliebt sind auch Kochabende/ Spieleabende .
Ich treffe mich gerne mit Freunden in Bars auf der Schanze oder im Stadtpark/ an der Alster.
Gerne kann die Wohnung jederzeit Besichtigung werden.
