Dafür steht euch schon, im Ess- und Wohnbereich ein neuer, großer, schwarzer Bar-Esstisch mit 4 dazu passenden schwarzen, modernen Barhocker, ein Sofa sowie ein Einbauschrank und ein großes Regal zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur eine Straßenecke zur Alster, ist super zentral, direkt bei U 1 (Wartenau) +U 3 (Uhlenhorst), traumhafte Citylage, grün, hell, super ruhig da es eine Einbahnstr. ist, 2.OG. In der Wohnung ist ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine vorhanden, in der Küche befindet sich eine neue Einbauküchenzeile mit Elektroherd, Backofen, großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Toaster, super Ausgeh- ( diverse Bars, Restaurants, etc ...) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( vor der Tür Aldi und REWE, sowie Einkaufszentrum Mundsburg " Hamburger Meile ") sowie Fittnesscenter, Banken, etc. für kurz- oder langfristig, zu der Miete kommt Strom und Wasser je nach eurem Verbrauch, dazu. Für Strom und Wasser meldet ihr euch direkt selbständig an und zahlt je nach eurem Verbrauch direkt an euren selbst ausgesuchten Anbieter.
In den inklusiven Nebenkosten von 117,-€ befinden sich Kosten wie: Müllabfuhr, Treppenhausreinigung, Gehwegreinigung, Gartengestaltung, Verwaltung, Hausmeister, Licht im Treppenhaus, Steuern, etc.
Im abgeschlossenen, sicheren Innenhof gibt es überdachte Fahrradständer :), sowie recht gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten für Autofahrer vor der Haustür :).
Für wohlige Wärme befindet sich, in jedem Raum, eine Infrarotheizung mit Naturbildermotiven, die nicht nur, auf sehr gesunde Art und Weise (besonders gut für Allergiker, denn es wird nicht die Luft/ Staub herumgewirbelt) den Raum sprich Boden, Wände, Decke, Möbel ... heizt sondern versprüht gleichzeitig Urlaubsflair.
In der Wohnung befinden sich bereits neue Möbelstücke wie: weißer großer Kleiderschrank, Bürostuhl, Büroglastisch, großes Bettgestell mit Matratze ( 140x200), 2 Gästematratzen (120x200 und 90x200), diverse Regale etc., die innerhalb der Wohnung variabel ausgetauscht werden können. Abgesehen von deinen privaten Sachen, die du mitbringen musst, ist soweit alles bereit um es sich hier richtig muckelig zu machen :)
Kautionshöhe: 1- 3 Monatsmieten je nach Mietdauer.

Die Wohnung liegt in Uhlenhorst / Hohenfelde, direkt Nord-Östlich von der Innenalster. Mit den Ubahn-Linien U1 & U3, die direkt vor der Tür abfahren, man ist in 5 Minuten am Hbf oder am Jungfernstieg und kann direkt in sein Hamburger Leben durchstarten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich unzählige Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs: Bäcker, Banken, Fitnesscenter, Aldi & Rewe, Restaurants, Bars, etc.

The apartment is located in Uhlenhorst / Hohenfelde, directly north-east of the Inner Alster. With the subway lines U1 & U3, which leave directly in front of the door, you can reach the main station or Jungfernstieg in 5 minutes and start your life in Hamburg straight away. In the immediate vicinity there are countless shops for daily use: bakers, banks, fitness centers, Aldi & Rewe, restaurants, bars, etc.

Herz, Charakter und Vertrauen sind besonders wichtig.
2 Zimmer sind schon frei, ein weiteres ist ab 1.April frei. Wenn du dich kurzfristig für ein Zimmer entscheidest, können wir gemeinsam nach weiteren netten Mitbewohner suchen.

Die Ablösesumme von 470€ setzt sich aus der Küchenzeile, neuem, großem, schwarzen Bar-Esstisch mit 4 dazu passenden schwarzen, modernen Barhocker, Sofa, Einbauschrank, großes Regal, sowie Erneuerungen: Wasserhahn, Handtuchhaltern, Türklinken zusammen. Dein Zimmer ist soweit schon im guten Zustand und es muss sich beim Auszug um nichts mehr gekümmert werden.
